The ScripForge Discord bot is provided to support community moderation, account verification, support ticket handling, and general assistance for the ScripForge store and community. The bot is a tool for staff and customers within the Discord server where it is configured.
The bot may automate features such as server setup, verification, ticket creation, moderation actions, and support responses. Availability may vary depending on server configuration, bot uptime, and maintenance needs.
Users must use the bot in a manner consistent with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, applicable local laws, and the rules of the server that hosts the bot. You may not use the bot to spam, harass, abuse, evade moderation, upload illegal content, or disrupt the operation of the server.
Staff may use the bot to issue warnings, timeouts, kicks, bans, and unbans in accordance with server rules and the relevant moderation policy. These actions are logged locally for operational review and may be used for administrative and safety purposes.
By using the bot, you understand that moderation actions are a server-side operational tool and may be enforced by staff or the bot according to the server's rules.
Verification commands are intended to link Discord identities to ScripForge purchases or accounts so customers can access community features and staff can confirm ownership. Support tickets may be created for order, account, and license-related issues. Ticket content and metadata may be stored locally for troubleshooting and support review.
Support responses and automated assistance are informational only and do not replace the final authority or judgment of the operating staff or server administrators.
By interacting with the bot, you agree that the bot may process the data needed to provide its features, including Discord IDs/tags, moderation records, support ticket metadata, and transcript content when relevant. These records are handled in accordance with the ScripForge Discord Bot Privacy Policy.
The bot is provided on an "as is" basis. While we aim to keep the bot available, reliable, and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent retention of any conversation or support record.
The operator may update, disable, or remove bot features at any time. We may revoke access to, or remove, moderation actions or support features if they are misused, non-compliant, or no longer needed for operation.
